Born with humble begins in Orlando, Florida entrepreneur Rena Robinson contributes her passion, drive, commitment, and unchallenged work ethic to her faith in God, with guidance from her mother (Phyllis Brassell) and father (Ronnie Brassell). Rena’s professional career began at the tender age of eighteen; going full force into the multiply family housing industry in Tallahassee, Florida; while studying at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University where she gained a dual bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science in 2008. Shortly after completing her dual bachelors, Rena charted her course to complete a dual master’s at Webster University obtaining her MBA and MHA in 2011. While still working in the public sector Rena built her professional accolades by performing services in the multi-housing industry leading in multi-level management, which ranged from operations, government affairs, finance in addition to legal issues.

While working full time in the public sector Rena had a vision to one day be her own boss. So, through many conversations, prayers and family support, she launched Bella Salon a “women’s pampering paradise”. While hair and makeup were not her strong suit, she was determined to run as successful operation in which she did for more than 6 successful years, before she closed the operation and made a drastic career change and became the VP of Operations for The Pest Bureau Inc. a full-service pest control firm. Here, she would embark on a new career, meet her Mentor and then business partner Melvin L. Jones.

After severing for several years under her mentor and learning the business of Pest control, Rena took a leap of faith with guidance from her mentor and established a pest control operation in Atlanta Georgia named Bureau of Pest. While, simultaneously launching a commercial cleaning, company called Olde maid Janitorial service. Now operating three entities, a family friend asked her to coordinate and decorate her wedding in 2013; from here Rena decided that she would take her passion and turn it into another stream of income and launched Beyond Expectations. Beyond Expectations now travels throughout the east coast planning, decorating, and coordinating events large and small.

Rena has owned and operated business throughout the southeast for over a decade and has solidified her role as a top leader and performer amongst her peers. Rena has been recognized and awarded over the years for her professional service and philanthropy efforts. Rena shows no signs of slowing down; with recently launching Millennium Investments and Real Estate, Interstate Logistics Transport, Lefty’s Beauty bar, and two event centers named 621. Her final mission is business in the next five years will be to dedicate a facility for battered and abused women in honor of her mother who was able escape such circumstances. Gods will Rena looks to keep building generational wealth for years to come.
